For Delivery Within Australia
2013 Christmas Delivery
If you place your order before the following dates it should arrive in time for Christmas:
- 8am Monday, 16th Dec Standard Post - Western States, Northern Territory & Remote Regions
- 8am Wednesday, 18th Dec Standard Post - Eastern States & Capitals
- 8am Thursday, 19th Dec Express Post - all States
Any orders placed after these dates will be shipped as soon as possible however they may not arrive in time for Christmas Day.
Please note that our office and warehouse is closed from 5pm on Friday, 20th Dec until Wednesday, 15th Jan, 2014. Orders placed between 20th Dec and 14th Jan will be shipped from the 15th Jan, 2014.

Orders are sent via Australia Post e-Parcel at a flat rate of $8.95 (excluding oversized items).
e-Pacel Express Shipping
Members who would prefer a registered service can choose e-Pacel Express Shipping guaranteed for next day delivery at a flat rate of $16.95 (excluding oversized items). They guarantee Next Day Delivery within capital cities.
We deliver Internationally using Australia Post Pack and Track. The cost of delivery will be based on the weight and dimensions of the product ordered. We aim to get it to you as fast as possible however it will depend upon your location. Australia Post suggest that the delivery will take 3 to 10 working days.

Want it Now - Courier (Melbourne Metro Only)
Orders before 1.30 pm can be delivered within the same day Monday - Friday Melbourne Metro Only.
The following conditions apply to want it now:
No shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Signature required upon receipt of delivery.
Please ensure that someone is present at your nominated delivery address. If ' Want it Now' couriers are unable to deliver an item to you because nobody was available to sign for the item customer service from ' Want it Now ' will contact you and work with your instructions to leave it safely following your specific directions, or alternatively, to arrange for redelivery for a fee.
Item eligibility is indicated during checkout. If the order is placed after the deadline, your order may not be processed until the following business day.
Oversized items for within Australia
For oversized or unusual items delivery will be charged based on the weight of the item and the dimensions of the package. Please note: delivery can take up to 10 days for oversized items.
Delivery of Goods
Orders must be placed before 1pm EST for us to get the order out to you that day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next working day. Orders by bank transfer cannot be fulfilled immediately as we need to wait until the funds are visible in the Moo Said the Cow bank account, this will add an extra 1 - 2 days on the delivery time.
Outside capital cities and major regional centres orders may take an extra day. Very remote locations may take a little longer.
If you are not home to receive your parcel and the driver feels it is not safe to leave, a calling card will be left and your parcel can be collected from your nearest post office. Specific delivery instructions can be added in the comments field during checkout eg) “please leave on front door step if not home”.
All parcels are packed with extreme care and are fully tracked. To do this simply go onto the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number to check out the status of your delivery. Visit http://auspost.com.au/track/
You will find your tracking number on the email confirmation that you receive once we have sent your order.
Loss of Goods:
In the event that you experience loss or damage to your item we will investigate the case for you with Australia Post, please note that Australian Post conditions apply to delivery. If you are concerned that someone else may sign for your package then we recommend Registered Express Post.

Please provide us with your name, your invoice number, product name and the fault you have found with the product. Please let us know if you are seeking a replacement, exchange, credit or a refund. We will supply you with our postage paid number so you can send the product back at no charge to yourself. The product will need to be sent to; Or you can write to us at: Moo Said The Cow, Level 1, 574 Malvern Road, Prahran, Victoria, 3181.
Changed Your Mind?
You will need to contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 14 days.
The product must be returned as new; unused, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in its original packaging and or with tags attached. Email us at hello@moosaidthecow with your name, your invoice number, product name, reason for return and request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund.
Please note we do not allow Sale items to be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
Giving is often more special than receiving and at Moo Said The Cow we like to make it easy for you to send a special present. Gift wrapping is an additional $4.95. We can also add a personalised gift sticker to any order, no charge. Just note your message in the checkout comments as you go through the check out process.
