OVERSIZED ITEMS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
or International orders, oversized or unusual items delivery will be charged based on the weight of the item and the dimensions of the package. Please note delivery in Australia can take up to 10 days for oversized items. For International Orders it will depend upon your Country and location.
DELIVERY OF GOODS:
Orders must be placed before 1pm EST for us to get the order out to you that day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next working day. Orders by bank transfer cannot be fulfilled immediately as we need to wait until the funds are visible in the moosaidthecow bank account. This can add 1 - 2 days to your delivery time. Outside Capital cities and major Australian regional centre orders may take up to 14 days to arrive, depending upon your location. International Orders will depend upon your location and country. If you are not at home to receive your parcel and the driver feels that it is not safe to leave your parcel, a calling card will be left and your parcel can be collected from your nearest post office. Specific delivery instructions can be added in the comments field during check out (eg) please leave on front door step if not home.
All parcels are packed with extreme care and are fully tracked. To do this simply go onto the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number to check out the status of your delivery. Visit: http://auspost.com.au/track/ The tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped as part of your email confirmation.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
You will need to contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 14 days.
The product must be returned as new, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and its original packaging and or with tags attached. Email us at hello@moosaidthecow with your name, your invoice number, product name, reason for return and request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund.
