We offer a 10% discount for members across our range because we appreciate your loyalty and we want to save you time and money. That way you can spend your time & your money on the things that count – Family!

Your Order Confirmation Email

Please check your order and confirmation email thoroughly. If there are any errors or changes please email us immediately. Please note that changes will not be made once your order is shipped. If you do not receive your order confirmation email, you may have entered in an incorrect email address, or our email may have been intercepted by your anti-spam settings. Please check your spam box first, and if it is not there then email us and we will check the email address and send you a copy of your order and your order number.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations may only be made by email. Your order is considered current unless cancelled in writing (via email) by either the customer or Moo Said The Cow. We will confirm any cancellations by email to you.  Orders cannot be cancelled once we have commenced fulfillment.

Product Availability

Moo Said The Cow product availability is updated daily. However, sometimes items sell out during the day. If items are sold out, or if their will be any delay in shipping, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST. Moo Said The Cow reserves the right to change prices without notice.  The members discount is not applied to those items which are on sale, part of a promotion or with any promotional codes.

Privacy

At Moo Said The Cow we respect your privacy and as such your personal details will be kept safe and confidential and will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold unless otherwise required by law. Your personal details will only be used to process your order.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Moo Said The Cow we aim to deliver products that are of a high quality standard. If for some reason you receive a product that is not as you expected then please contact us +64 3 9682 4006 or email us at hello@moosaidthecow.com.

You will need to contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 14 days

The product returned must be as new, ie; unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in its original packaging and or with tags attached. Email us at hello@moosaidthecow.com with your name, your invoice number, product name, reason for return and request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund.

If your request is accepted, you will then be given a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).  Please take note of this number and write it on a note within the returned product parcel. Please Post the product back to:

Faulty or Damaged Items

Should you experience a faulty or damaged product we will organise a replacement item for you or refund the value of the item to you in full. In the instance of returning faulty products we will send you a postage bag to return the product to us at the cost of Moo Said The Cow.

Sale Items 

Sorry we do not refund or exchange on sale items, except where they are faulty or damaged.

Back Orders

If you are keen to get an item that we have noted as out of stock, please let us know and we can put you on the list to be notified once this product comes back into stock. Just email us at hello@moosaidthecow.com and let us know the item you are referring to.

Promotional Emails

By placing an order with Moo Said The Cow you authorise us to send you our promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates from time to time. If you do not wish to receive our promotional emails please reply to your order confirmation with the title unsubscribe in the subject line. 

We will not be able to deliver goods to you if your delivery address is not in an area within which our carrier delivers goods.

While we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver, by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date.

The quoted prices do not include the delivery and handling fee (if applicable) in respect of each order.  The total amount payable is the price for each of the goods, together with the applicable delivery and handling fee.

You must pay for the goods before we will despatch your order.  You may use your credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express).  Payment by cheque or cash will only be accepted at our discretion.

Nothing in this Contract is to be interpreted as having the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition or warranty, or right or liability implied by any applicable legislation into your arrangements with us, if such exclusion, restriction or modification would be void or prohibited by the legislation.

All specials, promotions, clearances, offers and discounted items advertised on the MooSaidtheCow website are available only while stocks last unless otherwise advertised.
